Bad team members do not focus on goals Bad team members do not communicate well with others A bad team member makes the environment negative Good team member motives Good team member is focus on goals Good team members bring positive energy to the environment. Improvement on the game -Improvement on the game would be first define clearly what the team goal is - Second explain better the concept of the game -state the objective of the game -Allow more exchange time - More points to reach.
